BEFORE YOU HIIT THE GYM:

Please arrive on time.  The first 15 minutes our HiiTstructors demonstrate the workout.

Check-in on Mind Body when you arrive to class either on your app or as you arrive to the gym at the front desk.

Early Cancel: An early cancel is any cancellation (online or by email) that occurs more than 8 hours prior to the start of your class. If you early cancel, you will not be charged.

Late Cancel: A late cancel is any cancellation (online or by email) that occurs less than 8 hours prior to the start of your class. Late cancels will be charged as follows: unlimited memberships will have one day taken off their package and clients with class packages will lose one class.

No Show: A no show occurs if you do not cancel AND do not show up for your scheduled class. If you no show, you will be charged $10 and unlimited memberships will have one day taken off their month and clients with class packages will lose one class.

 

NEW HIITER?

If you’ve been on the fence to start HiiTing it, the first step is to try your first FREE class and you’ll be hooked.  The HiiTers and HiiTstructors are supportive and encouraging which create a positive, challenging environment.

DON’T WORRY, YOU’RE NOT GOING TO DIE

Don’t let “high intensity” scare you off. This type of training is appropriate for all fitness levels. You control your level of intensity, and you’ll be surprised how quickly you can increase your endurance while burning fat and increasing your lean body mass with this dynamic approach to exercise.

 

MAKE IT COUNT

When you walk through those doors, give 100% and leave knowing you gave it your all.

 

I AM A BEGINNER, CAN I STILL DO THIS PROGRAM?

ABSOLUTELY! … Our program is designed so that people of ALL fitness levels can experience success, lose weight and feel their best. Our training staff will modify exercises and/or scale the workouts to meet your specific needs.

 

HOW MANY DAYS SHOULD I ATTEND EACH WEEK?

We recommend that you attend a minimum of (3) sessions per week, in addition to following your personal meal plan or nutrition plan from Britt. For even better results, though, we recommend you workout with us 4X per week or more!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?

Water, a towel and a positive attitude!

 

WILL THE TRAINERS PROPERLY EDUCATE ME SO I CAN SUCCESSFULLY PERFORM EACH EXERCISE?

Yes, that is one of our main objectives.  Our HiiTstructors always demonstrate each exercise and provide modifications before the actual workout.

 

DO YOU OFFER NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE?

Yes, fitness & nutrition go hand-in-hand.  We offer AdvoCare’s nutritional and supplement system.  Check out our Before and After wall to see our HiiTers’ results!

 

Follow our HiiT Code and YOU will be successful:
